Appetizer Choices include: Chicken fingers or boneless buffalo chicken tenders, Mozzarella sticks, Chicken, Cheese, or Vegetarian Quesadillas, Fresh Vegetable plate, Buffalo or plain chicken wings, Grilled Thai Chicken Kebabs, Garlic Hummus with pita bread.

All condiments are provided.

Sandwich choices are as follows:
Hot sandwiches: Cheesesteak or chicken cheesesteak wraps, Chicken or Steak Fajitas with all the fixings.

Cold Sandwiches: Turkey, roast beef, tuna, vegetarian with roasted peppers, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, guacamole.

*Bread choices include: Whole wheat, Sourdough white, Jewish rye, Panini, Kaiser roll, or Hoagie roll, flour or wheat tortillas (to make wraps).

Open bar and buffet

Open bar is for 3 hours, each additional hour add $8 per person to extend the open bar

Appetizer, soup, salad, entree, glass of wine, dessert and coffee and soft beverage.

Your guests will select from this list of entrees: Chicken Marsala, New York Strip Steak, Pasta Primavera in a blush sauce, or grilled Salmon. Will select an appetizer and soup prior to the event.
